About Delivering to the Customer
Once you have bought the items, you should drive to the customer’s address which will be found on the app.
If you are having problems finding the customer’s house, you should call the customer.
Be sure to follow any special delivery notes which will be highlighted on the app.
If you arrive at the customer’s house and nobody answers the door, then you should call the customer. If you are unable to get through to the customer, call the Beelivery driver helpline for advice.
Once arriving at the customers address, you should greet the customer and hand over the items. The customer should then give you a 4 digit PIN code. You must type the PIN code into the app to complete the order.
If the customer says that they cannot find the PIN, let them know that they can find it on the order confirmation email. If the customer still cannot find the PIN, you should call the Beelivery helpline for advice.
If you are delivering alcohol or tobacco and customer looks under 25, you must ask them to show ID confirming that they are 18 years or older.
You will now have completed the order and the customer will be sent an email to rate how efficient the delivery was.
Remember, providing a friendly, efficient service will increase your driver rating.
