You have complete flexibility and there is no commitment. We will send you any deliveries in your local area and you can choose whether you want to take the delivery or not. If you don't, it will be offered to another delivery driver in your area. The more deliveries you accept, the higher your rating and the most you will receive in the future.
All you need to do is ensure that you have downloaded the app and logged in with your username and password - this is the same that you registered with the www.beelivery.com website. This will set you to active so that you can start receiving orders.
Here is a step-by-step guide to using the app:
You only need to log into the app the first time. After that, we'll send you any notifications when there is a delivery required in your area.
When you receive the notification on your smartphone, you'll be told how much you will be paid for the delivery and how far away it is. You are offered between £7 and £35. You receive more for deliveries that are further away or with more items.
If you are available for the delivery, simply select 'ACCEPT'. That delivery will now be assigned to you and no other drivers can take it. You should set off straight away to complete the delivery. If your circumstances change, make sure you cancel the delivery as soon as possible so that it can be given to a different driver.
Accepting a delivery
Once accepted, you are then given full details of the order. This includes the customer's name, address, phone number and the items in the order. You can purchase the items from any shop. Take a look at the items in the list and decide where is the best place to purchase them. It may be possible to get the items from a petrol station or convenience store or you may need to visit a supermarket.
You are required to purchase the items on the list and then the following day, we reimburse you for the full cost. We also pay you for the delivery at the same time.

Using the app
You are shown a list of products. You should buy these products from the nearest shop. As you collect them, enter the price of each item. Every item must checked off with either a price, substitution or 'out of stock'.
We want to make the delivery process as easy as possible and that's why we allow substitutions when items are out of stock.
When you're on a delivery and using the app, look on the page where you enter the prices and always read the section about substitutions.
The customer was asked which products are OK for substitution when they were placing the order. The app will tell you what they chose.
If they are OK with substitutions, there's no need to call them and you can simply change the product for a similar brand or size. Just write a note in the substitutions box on the app to let us know.
If you're not sure, or they didn't select substitution, you can still call the customer to check if they want one.
Completing a delivery
Drive to the customer's address using your GPS if necessary. The customer was given a 4 digit PIN when they ordered. You should ask the customer for this and type this into the app to complete the order. Thanks for successfully completing a delivery! The more deliveries that you complete, the higher your driver rating and the more deliveries that you will receive.

Each alcohol delivery should be checked for ID before the order is completed. We also have several checks on the website to prevent under age ordering.
